1. Film Coating technology

The main purpose of the process is to seal all the holes of the surface tension of the pulp molding, so that the product is no longer permeable, so that the product is better in terms of heat preservation and food non-stickiness!

2. The main membrane types are PE, PET, CPET, PP, PBAT, PLA and so on. PBAT and PLA belong to the current popular types, because these two membranes can be degraded, and the compostable characteristics of pulp molding are consistent, so they are favored by European and American countries!

3. Main steps of film coating on disposable tableware

The uncut product is placed in the mold, and the mold is transferred to the bottom of the heating hole through the conveyor belt or the wheel. At this time, the film to be covered is automatically stretched between the top of the mold and the bottom of the heating hole after the signal transmission of the mold is in place. At this time, the composite film is heated to soften and open the vacuum adsorption. The composite film is absorbed to the surface of the product by vacuum through the gap between the mold and the pulp molding tableware product, and the heating is continued until the adsorption is completely uniform and the hot air is stopped. After the composite film is combined with the pulp molding product, the top cutter will cut off the excess film along the mold, and the product with the film will continue to travel along the conveyor belt until it reaches the cutting area. After reaching the cutting area, the product will be punched through the cutting mold, and the excess material and the film will be cut off together.

4.Film recycling

Some of the composite film of the coated product can be degraded and some can not be degraded, so a separation bit should be reserved when the coated film is used, and the film can be separated from the pulp molding product after use, and classified according to the recycling requirements. The degradable film can be processed synchronously with the pulp molding product to accelerate degradation through the wet environment and reduce environmental pollution.
